CarmoLearning.com offers nine world history units, from Mesopotamia to World War I. They were written for grades 6 - 10 and are supplementary to your text. Students will become involved with fact-filled and enjoyable tasks. Each of the history units will take about ten class periods to complete.
Reading, writing, mapping, and art tasks are in each CarmoLearning unit. For example, students will learn how to write in cuneiform as a scribe in Mesopotamia or become a member of the Black Hand in Serbia before World War I. The tasks are educational, easy to understand, and fun to do.
